Istiqlal list leader in Al Hoceima calls for heavy turnout

Mohamed Hammoudani, head of the Istiqlal party list in Al Hoceima province, called on residents to turn out heavily in the upcoming election.
In his view, the electoral choice should rest on conviction tied to the party's history and record.
He recalled his party's consistent advocacy on provincial issues, citing its participation in previous governments and its management of ministerial portfolios.
He described the party nomination as a commitment to its members and its historical political line.
He also urged voters to counter what he called illegal methods that could influence their free will.
The electoral programme, drawn up from an assessment of local needs, is built around six main axes, including health, education and breaking the region's isolation, covering both rural and urban areas.
