أصدرت غرفة الجنايات بمحكمة الاستئناف بالحسيمة يوم الاثنين حكمين في قضيتين جنائيتين، في أول أحكام تصدرها منذ انطلاق إضراب هيئة المحامين الذي لا يزال متواصلا.
وتوبع في القضية الأولى شخص من أجل أفعال جنائية متعددة من بينها السرقة الموصوفة باستعمال السلاح والتعدد والعنف والتهديد والاختطاف والاحتجاز، إلى جانب أفعال مرتبطة بهتك العرض وبث صور شخص دون موافقته ومعالجة معطيات شخصية دون رضا صاحبها.
أما القضية الثانية فتوبع فيها شخص من أجل محاولة السرقة الموصوفة بظرف الليل وحيازة سلاح في ظروف تعرض سلامة الأشخاص والأموال للخطر.
ويأتي إصدار الحكمين في سياق استمرار الإضراب الذي أثر على سير عدد من الجلسات بالمحاكم.
