Earthquake off the coast of Driouch

The National Institute of Geophysics recorded an earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale off the coast of Driouch province.
The tremor occurred at a depth of fifteen kilometres, at latitude 35.427 degrees north and longitude 3.536 degrees west.
No casualties or material damage have been reported in the area so far.
The coastal strip of Driouch has seen recurring seismic activity in recent years, prompting local authorities to monitor the situation closely.
Residents are advised to remain cautious and follow the instructions of the competent services in the event of further tremors.
