Al Hamouti Tours 11 Al Hoceima Communes in Fierce Election Battle

The Al Hoceima constituency has entered the election campaign amid a fierce confrontation between well-known and experienced local figures, including Mohamed Al Hamouti for the PAM, Mohamed El Aaraj for the Popular Movement, Abdelhak Amghar for the USFP and Karim El Boutahiri for the RNI, alongside other candidates.
Fourteen lists are competing for only four seats, a race sharpened by the absence of Noureddine Moudiane.
Al Hamouti chose to campaign heavily on the ground with a tour covering 11 communes in the province, accompanied by a large march and a notable turnout, a move observers describe as one of the biggest of the campaign in the region.
