Symposium in Azghang on advanced regionalization and public services

The Moroccan League for the Defence of Human Rights, Azghang branch, is holding an intellectual and legal seminar on Saturday 25 January 2026 at the conference hall of the Azghang community space, starting at three in the afternoon.
The seminar will address the implementation of advanced regionalization, the management of public services and their link to local development, using the Regional Multiservice Company of the East as a case study.
Academics, researchers, human rights and trade union figures will take part.
The session will be chaired by Dr Imad Abarkan, professor of public law, with Ghizlane Zerhouni serving as rapporteur.
The aim is to enrich public debate on territorial governance and local development in the Eastern region.
