The city of Zaio hosted a rally for the Authenticity and Modernity Party on Thursday evening, at which Mohamed Moumni, the party's list leader in the Nador constituency, drew a large crowd.
MP Rafik Majait took part alongside party leaders, elected officials and local figures from the province.
Speeches focused on issues affecting Zaio and the Oulad Settout area, stressing advocacy for local demands, development and responses to residents' requests.
Moumni presented part of his programme and called on those present to keep up the mobilisation and vote for the party list and its "tractor" symbol in the 23 September elections.
The rally comes in the final phase of the campaign in Nador province, amid strong competition for the four seats.
