Fouzi Lakjaa, a member of the PAM political bureau and minister delegate for the Budget, said the development of Guercif province depends on linking it to the Mediterranean coast and the Nador West Med port.
At a party meeting, he described the port as an economic lever Guercif can benefit from, announcing a motorway connecting the province to that axis.
On health, he stressed the need to strengthen care provision.
On water, he outlined two tracks: developing hill dams and studying a link to Nador's desalination plant.
He urged residents to vote heavily on 23 September for the party's programme.
