The Nador West Med port project has successfully raised 2.2 billion dirhams through a bond issuance, aiming to diversify funding sources and secure necessary resources to complete the strategic project.
The port complex is expected to handle about 5.3 million containers annually, in addition to 25 million tons of fuels and 7 million tons of bulk solids.
This financing strengthens the project's position as one of Morocco's most prominent port and logistics projects, with ambitions to attract investment and connect the region to global trade chains.
