Communal councilor Zakaria Moudian, of the Istiqlal Party, sent six written questions to the presidency of Al Hoceima commune, requesting their inclusion on the agenda of the October session.
The questions concern the occupation of public domain, licenses for carts, seasonal workers, the road repair contract, the agreement for the tasting fair with café and restaurant owners, and the modification of the beverage tax.
Moudian demands clear criteria and transparency in managing these files, stating that general answers are insufficient and that citizens expect figures, dates, and procedures.
This initiative falls within the oversight role of councilors, with the presidency expected to provide precise answers during the next session.
