PADS Criticizes Election Results in Al Hoceima

The local office of the Democratic and Socialist Vanguard Party in Al Hoceima criticized the results of the September 23 legislative elections, seeing them as confirmation of a lasting crisis of trust between citizens and elected institutions.
The party says the roughly 37 percent turnout in the province does not reflect popular acceptance of the electoral process.
It points to the fragmentation of the traditional party map and denounces political money and clientelist networks, calling for continued struggle outside elected institutions.
