Preliminary results from the 23 September 2026 legislative elections give the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region 37 seats: 29 in local constituencies and eight through the regional women's list.
The local seats are spread across Tangier-Asilah, Tetouan, Chefchaouen, Al Hoceima, Larache, Ouezzane, M'diq-Fnideq and Fahs-Anjra.
Nationally, the PAM leads with 97 seats, followed by the RNI (66), Istiqlal (65) and the PJD (54).
On the regional women's list, the PAM took 18.90%, the PJD 17.10%, the RNI 16.70% and Istiqlal 13.50%, alongside the USFP, MP, PPS and PND.
