Nador hosts new institutions and programmes, including a multidisciplinary faculty, with tracks linked to logistics, transport, digitalisation, science, technology, economics and languages.
Berkane strengthens scientific and technological specialities and innovation, while Taourirt expands its university offering to ease pressure on Oujda.
The aim is to move from a centralised university to a more balanced network.
