Al Omrane opens sale of land plot for private school in Tangier

Al Omrane Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma has announced the opening of the acquisition of a land plot intended for the construction of a private school in the Badr subdivision in Tangier, through the open-counter sale procedure starting 21 September 2026.
The plot on offer covers 205 square metres, at a price of 10,000 dirhams per square metre.
The company invited interested parties to consult the sale details and conditions at its competent departments or via its electronic platform.
The operation is part of the company's contribution to expanding the educational offer in the region by providing land for public and private institutions.
The announcement follows the opening of the Chrafate middle school at the start of the current school year, expected to welcome around 900 pupils.
