The Al Hoceima constituency enters the 23 September legislative elections with 14 lists competing for four seats in the House of Representatives.
The absence of Noureddine Moudiane, who topped the 2021 poll with more than 22,000 votes, shapes the race: the Istiqlal party has put Mohamed El Hamoudani at the head of its list.
Among the candidates cited are Mohamed El Hamouti (PAM), Karim Boutahiri (RNI), Mohamed El Aaraj (MP), Abdelhak Amghar (USFP) and Mohamed Boudra (PPS).
Their prospects rest on parliamentary experience, local standing and past results.
