Al Omrane Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima has announced the sale of residential plots in Al Hoceima starting 12 June 2026, in the Sidi Abed subdivision, third phase.
The plots are located near the beach, with sea views and full infrastructure.
Commercial plots with two floors, from 100 to 160 square metres, are priced between 7,000 and 10,000 dirhams per square metre, while villa plots, from 220 to 488 square metres, cost between 4,200 and 6,000 dirhams per square metre.
Immediate construction is possible.
Interested buyers can apply through the company's official platform or its agencies.
