By using NadorCity, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

NadorCity (“the Service”) is an independent local-news and community portal operated at nadorcity.info. It publishes editorial news and, over time, user-contributed content such as classifieds and community posts.

2. Editorial content

News articles are written and curated by our team. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee it. Editorial content is provided for information only and is not professional advice.

3. User contributions

Where users submit content (classifieds, tips, comments), you agree to provide accurate information, not impersonate others, and not post unlawful or infringing material. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or bypass security measures.
  • Do not scrape the Service at abusive volumes.
  • Do not impersonate NadorCity or its staff.

5. Intellectual property

The NadorCity brand, logo and design are owned by NadorCity. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners and are used editorially.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on NadorCity infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@nadorcity.info with the subject “Copyright notice”, including the URL of the material. We respond to valid notices promptly.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

NadorCity DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NadorCity, ITS OPERATORS OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance. Governing law is that of the country in which NadorCity’s operating entity is registered.
